About the Role


As a member  of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks to support our Project Managers. These would involve, but not be limited to;


  • Shopify store theme configuration and settings population
  • Data migration management for re-platforms
  • Client meeting management - providing and maintaining meeting agendas and minutes and ensuring actions are clearly documented
  • Configuration of tools and analytics platforms as required.





Essentially, we’re looking for people who are as keen to grow as we are. Go getters who are eager to learn and as they learn, define themselves as future project managers, strategists and team leaders either in Australia, or in one of our international office locations as Swanky continue to scale and grow internationally. 


You would be working full-time in our Toowoomba office but can expect travel opportunities for personal development, conferences, client visits and the like.


 


Required Skills


  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to be organised and prioritise
  • Technology literacy - the ability to learn new platforms and systems for project management and coordination (for example). 


 


Desired Skills


  • E-commerce knowledge
  • Industry experience (ecommerce/agency)
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience with other Commerce tools
