We’re Swanky and we’re a fast-growing ecommerce agency based in Exeter. We design, build and grow Shopify Plus stores that convert. 


We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team to continue the rapid expansion of this exciting service. We’re making a difference for our retailers, growing reach and driving sales, so we need a talented project manager to help continue this success.

About the Role

As one of our Junior Project Managers, you would be responsible for the day to day project support to our project managers. This would involve, but not be limited to;


  • Shopify store theme configuration and settings population
  • Store data implementation
  • Capturing project meeting minutes and ensuring actions are clearly documented
  • Tooling configuration.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to be organised, and prioritise
  • Proficient with the use of technology
  • A proactive approach to your work
  • A working knowledge of spreadsheets and data processing.

 

Desired Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems
  • An interest in the web and ecommerce
  • Confident and positive nature
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients/customers
  • Industry experience (Shopify or other ecommerce platforms)
  • Knowledge of, or qualifications in, Project Management frameworks (Agile, Prince2 etc.).
