About the Role


Swanky is seeking a eCommerce Administration Assistant to join our e-Com-as-a-Service team. This team is responsible for the ongoing running of established eCommerce brands, taking care of their digital and operational strategy.  This is a great opportunity to advance your career, learn about new technologies and digital strategy, in a supportive and productive culture working with internationally acclaimed brands.


In this role you will be working within our eCom-as-a-service team to: 


  • Attend weekly/fortnightly client meetings, providing structured agendas and recording meeting minutes and follow up action items
  • Research, create and implement/advise on marketing strategies to achieve profitable client growth
  • Configure Shopify store themes and settings
  • Research creative solutions to both current and future problems for our growing clients - from fulfilment and customer service softwares to sourcing new fulfilment locations
  • Liaise with developers, designers, marketers (both internal and external) and clients to ensure that client tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Leverage tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Shopify to monitor client performance and provide reporting
  • Develop a working understanding of tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo & DotDigital (retention marketing platforms), Gorgias (Customer Service Platform) and Okendo & StampedIO (review platforms) in order to be able to provide advice and assistance to clients
  • Occasional domestic travel will be required
  • Opportunity for future (post Covid) International travel


Prior eCommerce, marketing, design or copywriting experience and/or a working knowledge of the following platforms will be considered valuable but not essential.
